We promise to ship healthy, fresh bulbs with planting and care instructions included. We expect you to open your order immediately upon arrival and let us know within 7 business days of any shortages, problems, or concerns you may have. Keep in mind that amaryllis bulbs will start to sprout in the shipping box if not opened in a timely manner. We will not be responsible for bulbs that are not viable due to being left in an unopened shipping box. Please keep in mind we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. We will promptly rectify any shortage or incorrect items at our own expense. We do expect you to carefully read bulb sizing and container sizing information before ordering.
