How to order

You can order by one of three ways:

  1. Call us toll free at 800-974-2558 (Caladium) or 888-966-9866 (Amaryllis) for quick and easy ordering.
  2. Use our secure shopping cart. Just add products to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on any product page, then click "Checkout" to complete your order.
  3. Write your order down and mail it to us, with your Visa or Mastercard number, or check enclosed. Mail to:

ALASKA, HAWAII AND US TERRITORIES

We will ship bare root bulbs to AK, HI, PR, and the VI.  We are unable to ship potted bulbs to these locations.  Usually we ship via USPS priority mail.  Please provide a valid USPS delivery address on checkout.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Amaryllis Bulbs begin arriving into the U.S. at the beginning of October.  We will ship ASAP orders as soon as all bulbs on your order are in stock which is usually mid October.  If you would like to receive them at a different time, please let us know, and we will ship them on the date you specify at checkout.  In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to deliver your bulbs via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.  If you have a preference of delivery service, please note this in the message area on checkout.  Large orders may be shipped in more than one package.  Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.  You will also receive an email notification when your order actually ships with an arrival estimate.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Every effort is made to ship bulbs exactly as ordered, however when some varieties and sizes are not available, substitutions as close to your order as possible may be made.  We try to contact you via email or phone before making a substitution on your order.  

Our Guarantee to You

We promise to ship healthy, fresh bulbs with planting and care instructions included.  We expect you to open your order immediately up arrival and let us know within 7 business days of any shortages, problems, or concerns you may have.   Please keep in mind we are human and sometimes we make mistakes.  We will promptly rectify any shortage or incorrect items at our own expense.  We do expect you to carefully read bulb sizing and container sizing information before ordering.  Please give us a call if you have any special requests.  We actually answer our phones with a human voice still!  If you call and leave a message, we will return your call the next business day.
